Happy Life Wealth Management Inc. Proudly Supports the Ontario Youth Chess Championship for the 11th Consecutive Year

From May 9 to 10, 2026, the “Ontario Youth Chess Championship” successfully concluded at St. Robert Catholic High School. The event was jointly organized by Toronto Chess Centre and Canada Chess Youth Club, and proudly title-sponsored for the 11th consecutive year by Happy Life Wealth Management Inc.

As one of the most influential youth chess tournaments in Ontario, this year’s championship attracted hundreds of young chess players from across the province over the course of two exciting days. The tournament venue was filled with energy and enthusiasm as participants remained calm, focused, and strategic throughout each match. On the black-and-white chessboards, young players demonstrated not only impressive technical skills, but also exceptional concentration, logical thinking, and competitive spirit.

During the event, Panos Tsialas, representing Toronto Chess Centre, expressed sincere appreciation for Happy Life Wealth Management Inc.’s longstanding support of the tournament. He highly praised the company’s ongoing commitment to youth intellectual development, mind sports, and community engagement. He noted that it is through the support of organizations like Wealth Life — companies that genuinely care about youth education and personal growth — that the tournament continues to expand and provide valuable opportunities for children to showcase their talents and develop their potential.

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Qin Chen delivered a speech on behalf of Wealth Life. She stated: “Chess is not only a competitive sport, but also a process of intellectual training and character development. What children learn through chess goes far beyond winning and losing — they develop focus, patience, judgment, and the ability to remain calm and resilient when facing challenges. Wealth Life firmly believes that supporting the growth of young people is an investment in the future of our society.”

She further emphasized that just as wealth planning requires long-term vision and strategic thinking, children’s education and personal interests also require continuous support and meaningful investment. By supporting youth chess tournaments, Wealth Life hopes to create more opportunities for young people to unlock their potential, strengthen their critical thinking abilities, and grow into the next generation of independent thinkers and future leaders.

This year’s championship featured six divisions based on age and gender categories, including U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18. After multiple rounds of intense competition over two days, a total of 36 outstanding players earned championship, runner-up, and third-place honors across the various divisions.

During the award ceremony, Ms. Qin Chen presented medals and certificates to the winning players on behalf of Wealth Life. She encouraged all participants to continue pursuing their passion for chess, to challenge themselves continuously, and to achieve even greater accomplishments throughout their personal growth journey.

Through every move on the chessboard, young players learn discipline, strategy, and perseverance. Through every competition, they build confidence, resilience, and character. Wealth Life remains committed to supporting youth education, cultural development, and community initiatives, while continuing to uphold its belief in planning for the future with wisdom and giving back to society with responsibility.
